Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of manned guarding services (“Services”) by Specialist Security Group (“Security Company”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging the Security Company’s Services, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Scope of Services:

    • The Security Company will provide trained and licensed security guards (“Security Guards”) to the Client’s premises as specified in the agreement.
    • The Services may include but are not limited to access control, patrols, incident response, and monitoring of premises.

  2. Service Levels:

    • The Security Company will provide the Services with due care, skill, and professionalism.
    • The Security Company will allocate Security Guards with appropriate qualifications and experience for the assigned tasks.
    • The Security Company will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  3. Client Responsibilities:

    • The Client will provide clear instructions, access, and necessary information to enable the Security Company to perform the Services effectively.
    • The Client will promptly notify the Security Company of any changes, incidents, or concerns related to the Services.
    • The Client will cooperate with the Security Company’s Security Guards and provide a safe working environment.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • The Client agrees to pay the Security Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services as specified in the agreement.
    • Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and payment due dates, will be outlined in the agreement.
    • Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of Services.

  5. Liability and Insurance:

    • The Security Company maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage for the provision of the Services.
    • The Security Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond its reasonable control or as a result of the Client’s actions or negligence.

  6. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

    • The Security Company and its Security Guards will maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Client’s sensitive information obtained during the provision of the Services.
    • The Security Company will comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations when processing any personal data obtained during the Services.

  7. Termination:

    • Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
    • Termination shall not relieve the Client of any outstanding payment obligations incurred before the termination date.

  8. Intellectual Property:

    • Any intellectual property rights arising from the provision of the Services shall remain the property of the Security Company.

  9. Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.
    • If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies available under applicable laws.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging the Security Company’s Services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
