– The price match policy applies to new contracts and clients, as well as existing clients seeking to renew or extend their contracts.
– The policy is applicable to comparable private security services offered by reputable and licensed security companies.
2. Qualifying Criteria:
– The competitor’s quote must be a formal, written proposal for the same scope of services, including the type of security personnel, number of personnel required, hours of service, and any additional specifications.
– The competitor’s quote must be current and valid at the time of the price match request.
– The competitor’s quote must be for services rendered within the same geographical area as our operations.
3. Process for Price Match Request:
– Clients must submit a written price match request to their assigned account manager or our customer service department.
– The request should include a copy of the competitor’s written proposal, clearly indicating the comparable services and pricing details.
– The request should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the competitor’s quote.
4. Evaluation and Decision:
– Our team will review the price match request and verify the eligibility and validity of the competitor’s proposal.
– If the request is approved, we will match the competitor’s pricing for the comparable services.
– The decision on the price match request will be communicated to the client within 2 business days.
5. Terms and Conditions:
– Price matching applies to the base service costs only and does not include any additional fees or charges specific to our company’s policies, such as administrative fees, equipment costs, or specialised training requirements.
– The price match policy cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or incentives.
– We reserve the right to decline a price match request if we determine that the competitor’s proposal is not comparable or if there are any concerns about the competitor’s credibility, quality of services, or compliance with regulatory standards.
